Man i had a good time this weekend. Shane was giving rides in the Lotus, that was a blast, holy shit i was tired from holding on in there. Lots of serious/bitchin cars on the road course, perfect weather, the drags were awesome as always.
Too bad hardly any of you fuckin losers from fargo came, thanks to dave and matt for making an apperance also. It was pretty disappointing that no one came, and it was obvious that alot of you people who whine about having events and stuff are just losers. I kinda felt bad for shane after putting up all this and even hanging out camping for the night, and hardly any support from the locals. Disappointment, that is all

When did you guys show up? We walked up past where you would've been camping on Friday night but I was drunk when we left our side of the track and I was on a mission to check out the new shit so a damned meteor could've landed on the track and I wouldn't have noticed - drunk focus FTW.

Didn't actually watch many races through the weekend though. I was dragging pretty good Saturday and today and didn't feel like sitting in the stands. Did get over to talk to Shane for a while on Saturday, have a few shots of a spec racer putting it in the sand on that hard left hander by pit exit, and have a few videos that I'll post (if they turned out)...

dammit - I should've gotten down there Saturday. We got pretty tied up trying to cook random shit over the campfire both nights though. We went through 4 frozen pizzas and a package of cookie dough full of epicness. Unfortunately we gave up for the night before the DIY jiffy pop attempt with 2 pie plates and a bag of popcorn. Fortunately I did have time to take care of the last half of the can of white gas (yay really big fireballs).

Next year... I'm bound and determined to get our pit rig done so we can make the rounds a little easier.

it def was a good time, this was the first time I've been to a MCSO and it was def well done. Lots of cool stuff going on, lots of cool cars to check out. What more could you want. 🙂 I think we'll bring the cars down next year and run, man they weren't stingy with the traction compound!
