You sir have no facts, nobody does... unless u saw it with your own eyes ur argument isnt worth shit...I'm basing my statements off of a witness's statement. Just as everyone else is basing their shit off what Chuck said (also a witness).
So what your saying then, is the new witness is full of it, chuck is full of it, and the KFGO guy is full of it. Correct?

I think its hillarious when another side of the story (from a witness) is shown, you guys instantly hop on defense and deny everything saying it's a false witness, etc.You guys are just a bunch of ignorant fuckin retards that can't accept facts for what they are. The only thing you can do is listen to a bigwig in this community and take the shit like its plated in gold.
Aint it great that "the other side" can't even get their story right. -

How so?She saw the girl cut, not only the motorcyclist, but another car off as well. If she cut another car off, she obviously failed at yeilding or just plain wasnt paying attention.
Go read sitn2lows thread.theres so many questions to her side of the story. Does it make any difference that he was going 70 mph with 2 wheels on the ground or 1.

Yes it does. He was being an idiot. We already gathered that information.
But from a witness who saw the end part of the accident (which chuck stated he did NOT see), more information as become available to us. From chuck's statement, all he saw was that the biker quickly accelerated and lifted the front wheel up. Thats it.

Then why hasn't this 'other car' come forward right away and say that? If that really happened the whole case would be over with. Hmmm...interesting.Look at any case. Not EVERY witness comes forward the instant something happens.

I'm not saying the other witness is wrong in what they believed they saw. I know what I was (from my perspective). I think the other person is wrong, however at the time of impact I could not see nor hear the 2 vehicles...I saw things leading up to it, but for about 1 second or less I lost site of both. I never actually went and looked at the scene as I had Jaiden with me and I didn't really want him to see some dude's brains splattered all over the concrete...he already can't get over the fact that Jolien hit a bird w/ our Murano about 6 weeks ago....every time he get's into that vehicle he says "Mommy hit the bird.....bird got a bad ouchie". I still contend that she didn't "pull out when he was too close, though what happened AFTER she pulled out and I lost site of her is another story...when she committed to the turn she was adequately far enough away from him to do so...in my point of view.
