2008 Minnesota Vikings thread

We scored ONE offensive touchdown with Gus replacing TJack, and that was only because it was that once-in-a-decade instance where Shiancoe actually caught the ball. I'm not saying TJack was the man, but we didn't win that game because of Gus, we won it because of the defense. We didn't lose because of Gus Frerotte, which was more than I can say for TJack.
Why are so many people calling for Booty? Is it just because of his last name?

No because you don't get to become quarterback at USC for nothing... The kids got talent.

most emotional game. cheering for bush's td's to get chillys ass fired to Gus leading the team on 2 drives for scores.
Chilly still sucks.
Tjack still sucks.
Gus showed plenty of guts and leadership after taking those hits.
Fucking awesome how we're 1 game back and get to play the Lions next week

Is it me... Or does our Special teams, particularly the return side really suck ass!?!?
I think I've caught 3 different punt/kick-off returns alone so far this year.
And I start watching, watch them start to lose and change the channel LOL

Great game for the Vikes last night. I could see a 10-6 record to finish the season. We are 7-5 now with 4 games to go...
Detroit: 0-12 team, we better win but the Lions will be tough
Arizona: same record as the Vikes, on the road, tough game
Atlanta: at home, could be a HUGE game
New York: I think this game is definately winnable as long as NY keeps winning. The Giants have the best record in the NFC by 2 games so they might end up sitting their starters as they could already have home field locked up before this game.
