High School was a while ago for me.

Bah my laptop is on order from Dell....bitoches. Should do pretty good, 2.8 P4 HT 64MB GeForce 5200, 512 Ram...should handle some decent games.

but still wouldn't you have to take generals to fullfill your major? Cuz if your taking core classes and what not don't you still need the generals? I'm confused.. must be the freshmen stupidty of mine...

i don't know how other (msu, ndsu, und) schools are arranged, but concordia requires something from every part of the spectrum... i was able to transfer my discourse (speech and composition) credits, and a couple of other general courses that work towards my major. you'd have to meet with someone from the registrar office for a better picture

I made sure all of the classes I took, the credits would transfer to UND.

I have a 3.2ghz Pentium 4 in my laptop along with an ATI Radeon 9800 128mb mobility...
I thought it was going to be awesome for games, but my desktop which has slightly lower specs still out performs it. I think its perhaps due to the slower harddrive (I even bought the better 5400rpm drive over the 4300 one), and I have less ram in the laptop. Oh well those are atleast two things that can be replace fairly cheaply in the future.

i'm going to have to agree... my laptop has a hard time with diablo 2, but we have an old pentium 2 with onboard graphics that has no problem with it at the same resolution.
however... my laptop can run enemy territory pretty well, and the pentium 2 craps out. go figure? -
Anyone try the Athlon 64 yet?
