:icon_scratch: Why? You could have had everything for alot cheaper.Because i like to support an awesome local shop and its nice to have the peace of mind that if something comes shipped damaged or doesnt work properly the guys at tintmasters always take care of it, if that means spendin an extra couple bucks im perfectly fine with that : )

I am curious where your statement stems from, and am openly offering for you to spread the 'over priced' experience. There are times when we have things that simply are not priced properly for the market. We cannot babysit the market and every shop that is selling stuff for a 5% margin to try and keep their doors open, so if there is a price that is out of line, all a customer needs to do it communicate with us, and 9/10 times I can call my vender and get a 1 time deal. If I can't compete with that price, don't be discouraged to shop here again :icon_scratch:
Keep in mind that:
Drag strip rental
P10 Show
Auto-x
BIRAll costs money, and we make that money off of profit on selling/installing parts. Whereas that guy on Ebay doesn't have an investment in anything after he hands your order to UPS.

I hear your pricing on wheels/tires is more expensive than another shop in town.

Y'all just don't know, only the biggest playas shop at Paradise Customs. His wife throws in a free BJ with every wheel package or 8 ball purchase. Y'all don't believe me? I'll have to brandish my gat in front of you and then.

I came in back in the day and asked about a single Recaro SRD seat. I was told it was $1,000 when thats what a set of two would be new from Recaro.I have found our Recaro 2005 pricing. It doesn't even list the SRD's in 2005 (as they were discontinued earlier that year), but here is pricing for a Recaro Speed seat in red suede and red jersey. SRD's were about $50-$75 more a seat. These prices are not including shipping. So MSRP was actually OVER $1000 a seat for SRD's. Anyone selling a set for $1000 was either selling used, or going out of business, as they would be losing money.
So again, I ask, what price did we offer that was overpriced?

-
I was told it was a Recaro SRD and that it was $1000 for the seat. I though that was messed up so I looked on the Recaro website when I got home and thats what the price was for a pair. Also a set of JDM itr seats can be had all day on honda tech in the $800 price range.

Recaro doesn't list prices on their website, and I don't know how you missed the price sheet I just posted. That's a RECARO price sheet. I even highlighted the cheaper version of the seat in question! SRD's were $1000/seat, and no you didn't see them for $1000 for a pair. /story.
And where are you going with your comment on ITR seats on HT? Yes used stuff is cheaper than new?!? Is this rocket science? You can also buy an ITR for less money than they were new.... A 2 year old couch is also cheaper than a new one. Welcome to.....life?
As your description under your name states: You are for surely here for fail.

Lol looks like I pushed the right button. Its the attitude shown above alone that is the reason I will never buy anything from your business. I'm also not the only person who feels this way. That is all.Understandable, there are people in life that nobody can please. I accept that. I corrected your false information, and you are cornered into making a bold statement. I feel bad I don't get the opportunity to help certain individuals that don't shop here (for whatever reason), but for the few that don't wish to shop here, I have many others that feel they receive great product, service, and value on what they buy. This is why we have grown into what we are today, and watched other shops come and go. We will continue to do the best we can for every single person that calls on us, but like I said, some people will never be satisfied.

http://www.prostreetonline.com/x/hallman-pro-series-boost-controller.aspThat is a standard 'pro' boost controller, and the ones we sell in the store are the Pro RX's (ceramic ball). Judging from a quick google search (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=hallmann+pro+rx+boost+controller&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=) on the pro rx, we are a few dollars more at $135, but again, we have to make more of a profit than an internet company to stay afloat and offer a face for you to talk to if you aren't satisfied.
This is actually a good example of misunderstandings that people get when they look online to 'check pricing'. You have to make sure you are comparing the exact same model to judge a price. If you are certain the product you looked at was exactly the same, please just bring up the issue with us and we will ALWAYS do something to make it work for you. Whether it is a few bucks off the install, or calling our distributor for a better price for a one time deal, and ordering you one.
Communication is key.
