Lets do this...

i'm just sick of the same people/cars etc.etc. etc.
for one back when people actually "cruised" town there was a certain route you would take, so say your getting off work and you wanted to meet up with people. you could sit and wait 10 min and you woul dsee them coming. now it is all ass backwards, with all these stupid ass kids from south ricing around with no ability to stay in there own lane and just stright acting like fools at the meets.
then there is the fact that i could care less about someone's "show" car and don't care to see your sweet neon light install:rolleyes:
so maybe if people started modding there car's instead of bringing them to tintmasters for tint and the next "hype" car mod. then maybe the old guys would give a shit to meet up and talk abpout CARS. not your baby momma drama of the week.
Also drop all additude about having a clue about cars, it gets real old listening to 16 yr old kids talk about things they don't know.
so thats why i am rarely out.

People have been saying this since cars were invented in cities like Fargo across the country. I moved to Fargo for a summer when I was 16 (circa 1995) and cruised Broadway almost every chance I could. People were saying the same old BS...the scene used to be this and it used to be that and now it sucks.
Get over it. If you ask me, things are fine.

I think the funny thing is that Broadway was huge until they did the construction. After that, it died. I have gone up there a couple times since then and all you see is drunk people stumbling from bar to bar. Absolutely no cruisers. I wonder when the last time was that the police actually issued a cruising ticket up there? I got my last one in 99.

Well, no one cruises there because you "can't" anymore. Both of my sisters cruised that often in HS and what not. You'd think with this downtown renaissance zone that they would encourage this type of activity as it draws people downtown atleast...just me though I guess?

we should just for the fun of it....you dont suppose the cops can get all of us?...just go through Broadway once..to see what happens.I take it you've never actually been there? Read the signs and you'll know what will or will not happen after once...

i have no problems with the classic up university down 25th route. as for the "scene" changing i wouldn't hold your breath.Classic? That's not classic, remember you have to be older than 16 for something to be classic to you...
25th is hardly even any distance at all...especially considering thats where 13th gets decent for cruising as it widens. Why you wouldn't go to atleast 42nd is beyond me.
