im not sure of the snell rating. i do know that is says snell on the back of the helmets and they are not that old, i bought them in 2005, but only used them for one summer. the medium helmet is basicly new, i bought it for my gf and she only rode with me a few times.

EDIT: I pull some of the padding out and it said snell 2000
