I'm simply amazed at the adults on this forum that choose to portray themselves as little kids. Do what you want with your car. Do what you want with your business. Do what you want with your life. Cars/businesses aside, there are a lot of people in this thread that are/were friends, and are using a sharp tongue to damage relationships that have been built over years....why? If anything, THIS garbage is what is hurting the automotive culture!

I changed 'the scene' to automotive culture to help address my feelings better to you. Hopefully this helps.

God these fights get old on here. A friend and I went to Show n Shine and then went and got a bite to eat afterwords. We got a chance to sit and reminisce. If anything, we were pretty down about the way things are now. It seems like if you don't drive a Subie or something with an H22 under the hood, your car is nothing to people. Plus if you aren't part of the current "crew" then you are ignored. I guess that's fine and all, and who knows, maybe I am wrong, but my point is things definitely are not the friendly and inviting atmosphere that they used to be. I tried coming onto this site to try to resolve that, but it seems like people are more interested in starting fights. Maybe I'm just getting too old and trying to hang on to the way things were. I sure miss it though.

oh wow the grand prix its like the ugly fat chicked you dated in school you just wanted to erase from your mind... thanks

oh btw here is my 2 cents on this. living in fargo sucks you get a good 3 months if your lucky to work on what you want with your car. the reason i make my car into a showcar is that i like to look different and i dont make it a race car cause if i stuck alot of money into the motor and then something breaks im screwed, even though i would love to have an auto x car. yeah i love cruising i do it as much as i can but its not the same as it used to be.back in the day i used to look up to all these crazy built cars and wishing i could do something to mine now alot of the og's have other things to do so now there are a handful of descent car rollin around and a butt load of shit cars that make me want to cruise in the back of the pack cause of the way the drive. it would be nice for all of use to hang out somewhere and chill, bs, look at each others projects their working on. we dont even need to cruise around. come on there is a small amount of time to enjoy summer before we get shit on with snow and floods so lets give each other or milk money back and all have a good summer show us what you have been working on the past winter......... thanks, "fargo's favorite beaner"

I agree with this a lot , aj.

There are a million things i miss from Fargo, and there are million and one i hate...one being all the tools on here trying to be the official "Fargostreet Post whore" or "Fargostreet Forum troll," its annoying, and just plain stupid.

then you have certian people that have their own ways about giving advise. they come off like ass hats, but really mean no harm...or not too much.

Also, im going to touch on the cruising, i had fun cruising...on a friday or saturday night, once a week. But on a tuesday? or 3-4 times a week?? just gets ridiculous.

and i hate delslow. I think you are a tool, will.

one thing i realized out here with the car culture, is that nobody really cares what you drive. people dont car if they have a $5xxx widebody (or however much they cost), or a high horsepower car, or a lambo, they just drive their cars.

so your sayin if i was in VA with a civic and wanted to roll around with ur evo buddies they would not care, nor make fun of me? lol

as for the driving around stuff, i deffinatly would agree on alot of tools out there driving and the experence changes year to year and this year is the worst thus far.

and as for groshong i have hassled him about time here and there but his work is great, i have never complained about his quality of work and i keep having him make me things.
