it's called a warranty... usually you take advantage of it, and after it's up, get rid of it... sounds good to me 🙂

He said he traded 3 vehicles and had the last for 7 months. I am thinking they were not under warranty.
If they were all new and under warranty he got raped from the depreciation on trade in.

Trading in every few years is exactly what the dealerships want you to do to maximize their profit. Way to fall for it.

Everything I've had has been new except 2 cars, my first and my 3rd, the rest have been brand new, and even if you keep it after it's paid off, you still get raped on it, not that big of a difference... so might as well trade when I dont want it anymore...

nice classic comebacks to the "ricer excuses". "who cares about bankruptcy? whats that have to do with racing?"

lol the fact that you've built shitty sub par products for so many years that not even your own countries citizens will buy your shit ass cars.

foreign companies are out innovating and doing things to improve the market. meanwhile domestic companies are closing plants, laying people off, and enjoying the government taking over their business. hhmmmm not only is that obviously the better product its definitely the superior business. ?

still gotta love the "no replacement for displacement" slogan all you fan bois have, how bout "power to weight" or "power per liter". any one can bore big holes. do something with your life

                      Another ricer quote...
So from the movie in this thread you are arguing gas mileage, power to weight, and towing capacity and gasmileage of an ugly suv? Did you not watch the video? It was a cheesy and somewhat ignorant video trying to say domestic cars out perform imports in SPEED and "handling". Go read some brochures in your lobby. Do you even own a 320whp car? Do you even run it at the track? Or do you see how much gas mileage and hp/liter it can make and make ricer comments all day long?

As much as it pains me to say this, I like my 99 Chevy 3/4 ton w/ 265,xxx miles more than I liked my 08 Tundra w/ 0 miles. Not that the Toyota wasn't a good vehicle with more than enough power and good creature comforts...the Chevy just feels more like what I think a truck should feel like.

Now, for cruising around, I liked the Tundra better I also liked it better in the snow/ice. But for a "work" truck, it seemed to lack vs. the 3/4 ton....of course comparing a 1/2 ton to a 3/4 ton as a work truck is a poor comparison as well.

lol, for an example look at the malibu, accord, camry, and fusion...all 09's...... funny that both the domestics get better mileage??

funny that the chevy equinox also gets better mileage than the RAV-4 or the CR-V

weird the 09 cobalt (non hybrid) does better in MPG than the 09 civic (non hybrid)

or from just glancing that GM has more models that get better than 30 mpg than Honda

No offense Zac, but based on the fleet of Equinox's that SimplexGrinnell had when I was there, you couldn't pay me enough to trust one of them to get me from Fargo to Moorhead and back. They are EXTREMELY unreliable.....same goes for the Colorado/Canyon.

Your Toyota is a diesel? Did your dad plug the truck in? What diesel fuel was he running?

He use to have a ford, never plugged it in once, never put the bra on and started up with no problem every time... this new diesel put the right gas in (dunno which one is for winter) and no probably didn't plug it in cause you shouldn't have to plug it in, i didn't plug my toyota in and started... and where the hell did you get that my truck is a diesel?

lol, for an example look at the malibu, accord, camry, and fusion...all 09's...... funny that both the domestics get better mileage??

funny that the chevy equinox also gets better mileage than the RAV-4 or the CR-V

weird the 09 cobalt (non hybrid) does better in MPG than the 09 civic (non hybrid)

or from just glancing that GM has more models that get better than 30 mpg than Honda

you get that right off their site, or just memorize the commercial sexy thang??

I'll let ya know how i like pulling something with it, takin the camper to wefest so we will see how it does then...
