            I dunno about you, but even him bringing the car in late, you would think a couple 12 hour days, say 5-6 would be sufficient to get that project done and back to the guy ahead of schedule. Since it would be basically a major piece of advertising and could really boost business. IMHO, it probably wasnt even started until the day he was supposed to pick the car up, Now im not saying, just saying

              grr... thats like a $1.00 An hour!!! I dont detail cars for $25.00 to gain business.. If your going to sponsor a car atleast sponsor a car were you will gain business..Its like sponsoring my low 11 sec evo... Pointless...

              My point is build stuff and post pics and info online and 1000's of ppl will see it. If you give your stuff away and tell him to show ppl he might show a few 100 ppl... Get my point.. If you want to grow use the internet, make the turn around very fast! Customer service is key! I never buy anything from anyone unless its instock..

                THATS TRUTH!!!! I dont care what specialty niche your in. Customer service is king. <u>Your doing yourself a favor by doing them a favor.</u> People pay for results. Plain and simple. And by doing something to get the mock up for an inexpensive price is fine as long as it gets done by agreed time. A big part of the business is not just the product but how the transaction as a whole is taken care of. You can be a god at doing something but, if you have to wait an eternity for it, you'll never sell it.

                          So I just spoke with the customer again today and he had said that as of this thursday it will be 4 weeks and they had agreed on 2 for the manifold intercooler piping and down pipe? Is that stuff done?

                          He also told me that he has done fabricating for a living and knows what this stuff costs and a time line for how long it takes. So if matt would have succeeded on the deadline and things would have exceeded the customers expectations he was willing to hand matt another $1000 over the agreed price. This guy has a very good rep and I will doubt business will be sent his way now.

                                        I dunno, looked to me as if 1/2 the welds were missing on the bottom half of the cage. I'm not sure if it is designed that way, but I couldn't see how a 'half moon' type weld would be structurally sound on the base of a cage...but then again, could be the way it's suppose to.
