And to the TM crew, nothing against ya guys, but shouldn't you guys be the BIGGER person and not do the hating to prove that you guys are "professional" like you say you are.. you guys have always helped me when i have came in there, always have been nice, just think that when you do the stuff you have in the thread, you are lowering yourself to what matt had done to you guys in the past.. just my thoughts.

I respect your standpoint, however the line was crossed with the track days threads, and gloves came off. It has been a few threads of 4 year old vs. 4 year old....but after sitting back for 5 years watching these hate threads on us, it was due time. If we lose customers from Fargostreet by screwing around with 2 people that consistently treat every member on this forum like shit, then I will feel pretty stupid....but like I said previously, I have an inbox with many different members that are thanking us for standing up to them.

PS: sorry for not following the herd anymore. It's funny how everyone acts when you don't agree on a situation about a local track. It's doesn't show well on you Jason (who i would guess posts mostly) when you act like a child on a business account. Joe is right you want to look down to me act better then me. I don't deny what i said in the track thread went to far on my part i even said in there i overstepped. but your gang of immature sheep are getting old.

Regardless of what happened in the track thread the pm thread was just retarded. Well think of it this way you have another sheep in your herd. (bubba)

I hope someday that you guys and Greg can bury the hatchet and resume the tm events at the track. Greg is a reasonable person and so are you.

We were very willing to work with Greg, but what he did I think is irreversible...We were so close to the first race day, then for him to flip everything we had a 'hand shake' on was bad. Even if he wanted to give it a shot for 2010, what is to say that it won't happen to us again...and then we REALLY look like idiots. We missed track days this year, so I hope someday they return.

I wouldn't classify him as a "nerd". That's giving him to much respsect. I'd classify him as the "no life homo" type.

I finally have the manifold in my possession now. Thanks to Max. The manifold is OK, nothing more than that. It looks good to the untrained eye but there are a hand full of issues. It will get the job done though. I should have it back from the machine shop by Saturday since the head flanged needs to be resurfaced badly. I'll have to take it down about 4-5mm to get it flat.

Do you seriously bitch about everything? There are a few things that came up that were unexpected, but that happens when you mock up a manifold for the first time. After the first one or even few you find out were things warp what pulls certain directions, etc.... Again i quote price as that is what it is the first manifold for the motor/jig.

In the future i know i need to pre-bow the head flange and possably make a jig for certain runners so they are held solid when i weld them. these are just some things that happen.

I will make it perfectly clear and take pictures of my observations when I have time. I am free to make any comments I please about the manifold. Its not bad by any means, but there are things that bother me. If you are so experienced building 50+ manifolds like you said, I would have expected you to know better. Again im a fool for making such assumptions.

And just so everybody knows my 100% out of pocket cost for this:
                                    Manifold Material Payment: $258
Gas to and From Fargo: $65
Bus tickets to and from Fargo: $90
                                    Head Flange:100
                                    Waste Gate flange: $25
Payment to Max for getting the manifold to me: $100 (this is my choice of course and can be omitted based on individual opinion)
                                    Shipping costs: $40
                                    Head flange resurfacing: $25

                                    Total:$603

Yes, still a bargain for a manifold but MY cost of this product is much more than $250
I am omitting all the other complications that his lateness has caused me which also include, but not limited, to loss of money.

I will make it perfectly clear and take pictures of my observations when I have time. I am free to make any comments I please about the manifold. Its not bad by any means, but there are things that bother me. If you are so experienced building 50+ manifolds like you said, I would have expected you to know better. Again im a fool for making such assumptions.

And just so everybody knows my 100% out of pocket cost for this:
                                      Manifold Material Payment: $258
Gas to and From Fargo: $65
Bus tickets to and from Fargo: $90
                                      Head Flange:100
                                      Waste Gate flange: $25
Payment to Max for getting the manifold to me: $100 (this is my choice of course and can be omitted based on individual opinion)
                                      Shipping costs: $40
                                      Head flange resurfacing: $25

                                      Total:$603

Yes, still a bargain for a manifold but MY cost of this product is much more than $250
I am omitting all the other complications that his lateness has caused me which also include, but not limited, to loss of money.

You are kidding me you paid max to "get" the manifold. funny this didn't come up when he talked to me about going down there. Trust me when i say i would have gladly shipped it free of charge if i had known that. So if you want the shipping cost repaid i can send that anytime. As i was totally in the dark to that and i don't think that is right.
