How to convert pdf files to jpg files?! Please help

I am scanning my sports cards onto my computer so i can sell them on ebay, but i can't upload pdf files as images on ebay, does anyone know how to do this with out paying for a program to do it?

Can't you just auto save them .jpg instead of .pdf?

From my scanner? how would i go about doing that, its an HP scanner. Sorry im pretty stupid when it comes to computer crap like this

You should be able to click Save As, then below where you type in the name, there should be a little drop down menu where you can pick what filetype you want to save it as.

OMG wow, theres a simple button i press on the scanner to save it that way......just found instructions online for my scanner as i dont know where mine are right now. Thanks for the help guys.

and to think I was going to recommend the hard way - by building a linux based computer and doing it command line.
