drifter86 A leak down test is mainly used to check for sealing valves and rings not to check for a leaking head gasket, because a leaking head gasket 95% of the time they dont leak untill there warm and the amount of shop air you put in a cylinder to do a leak down test about 120 psi is no where near the amount of cylinder pressure that in the cylinders when running that cause the head gasket to leak, so a true way to test for a bad head gasket would be to do a block test or put a funnel on the radiator and fill it with coolant and run the engine those two are the best way to test for a bad head gasket

In all honesty a leak down test can be used to test for a leaking headgasket but it is not the best way

Whoa guy, I just read all 5 pages of this bullshit and not once did I see anything remotely resembling an attack on Matt's family his, attitude maybe but not his family. Matt chose to take it there. The work hard for little comment was misguided as well. Not everyone can be doctors or lawyers or pull in $100,000+ salaries that does not however make them failures. If you guys think that money = a successful life or career you're the ones who need to "grow up.". Does having money make things easier, yes but that's not all there is to measure a person.
