    Haha, I was ready to post and ask you about this guy as soon as I saw he wanted a machine shop. It honestly probably worth the drive.

    At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!

                              really... i knew they did basic engine work... but they'll sleeve import motors too? and do a good job at it??

                                      Tell him what you want done and it will get done. Its not rocket science bro. Theres no voodoo trickery slight of hand to sleeving a block. If you know what you are doing, your golden. Same goes for o-ringing a block.
