Its a 2.5 V6 Mazda engine used from 91-95 I think. About a 30hp increase over the usdm engine because of higher compression.

That is correct, thanks Wes. There are two common variants of this motor. A straight neck and a curved neck. The straight neck had more aggressive cams and looks like this

The other variant has a curved neck and less aggressive cams. it looks like this:

If it is not possible to get this motor, no worries as they are on ebay for a descent price, just figured I would give a local guy a shot at my money first.
