Need a part time mechanic

I'm the only mechanic at the car lot I work at and I am a good month behind and getting worse. I need some help in the shop, mechanical skills a must and collision and body repair is a big help too.
I want to find someone to mainly do the mechanic stuff and maybe help with some collision stuff too. I am going nuts switching between cars half completed all the time.
