Anyways, I could have sworn it said B15 on the block and I didn't know the B15 didn't exist, I guess I had serious brain fart when I first posted.

I realized what I did, I got the D and B in my engine code mixed around, for whatever reason I don't know.
But any ways, AH HA!
I couldn't use the header in the long run anyways, no harm no foul.
AND, my little mistake led to everybody learning something new about Honda motors that they didn't know already, so everybody wins in the long run.
