Green cavalier or sunfire (it was dark, wasn't really paying attention to which pile of shit it was exactly) ND license plate "MEG 1ST". Not a who was that so much as a watch the fuck out for this god damn retard. Passed her while driving down 45th st...was behind her from 13th S until just before 7th N watching her swerve all over the place while going from 25-50 mph. As I passed her I looked over to see her texting while steering WITH HER FUCKING FOREHEAD. Yes, you just read that right, her forehead was pressed up against the top of her steering wheel and her arms were draped over the top of the steering column with her phone 2 inches in front of her face as she was having a conversation that was apparently so god damned important that it either couldn't wait for 5 minutes until she got wherever she was going or god forbid they just called each other (yes folks, you actually can use your phone to CALL people). WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE? Either way, watch the hell out for this retarded bitch.
