First impression: Loose connections either at the connector on back of deck, or since it is a cheaper deck, loose solder point somewhere in the inside of the deck itself. Other options are that there is a short/blown speaker in the system somewhere and it is causing the internal amp to go into protect mode.

hmm it's in my mustang and i think i figured out the problem....Thanks chuck haha when you said a short blown fuse it clicked in my head...There is suppose to be a yellow wire which is for the battier which has a black box and a fuse on it... When i got the wire harness the yellow wire was pulled off and i never got it. So i just so solder a wire in the place. I bet because it doesn't have that fuse in there its not working?

A fuse is nothing more than a wire as a fail safe that burns up if the current capacity is reached, so no. A regular wire works in place of any fuse, but obviously thats not recommended because it gives no protection.

At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!

I said a short in the system or a blown speaker....bypassing a fuse won't cause those issues that you mentioned...at least not directly.

You need to disconnect the field wiring and verify that the deck itself is working normally. Figure out if your problem is the car or the deck.

i hooked up my other cd player back up and it works great... Um ok well this will probably hit the nail on the head. (When i soldered the wire on my dad was helping me and the solder connected the Yellow Battier wire and the ground wire and it sparked when i first connect it all up and blew my radio fuse for the car. I replaced the fuse and resoldered the wire..I am guessing i screwed the radio up)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like you shorted it out by hooking power to ground...unless I misread it.

Sounds like a toasty radio. (after the short). Once you release the genie outta the bottle, you cant put it back! Better buy another radio and try again, this time without shorting it. 😄
