so im trying to find an apartment in moorhead for either aug 1 or if we have to sept 1 with a month to month, 6, or 9 month lease only. The woman wants no smoking but just about everything allows it so its not manditory. It needs to include as many amentities as possible and be as cheap as we can get it. we were in skaff 2 years ago and will go back if we have to. Im just looking for some sugestions of a place you or someone you know lived or lives and have good remarks about them or tell me who to stay away from. Im searching on apartments HQ but i would like some other input. Thanks in advance

Define "amenities". Garage? Double garage? Cable/satellite? Coin-operated laundry? Free laundry? Some specifics would be helpful. Are you clean people? Animals? How much do you want to spend? I'm looking to buy a multiple unit place in Moorhead, so I may have something to offer you in September.
How much room do you want? There is a place with a small apartment upstairs that I will probably look at this week. Past owners have rented it for around 500/month.

sorry i havn't replied yet but we paid 545 everything included last winter in fargo with a garage so we would like to keep it at that or less but management was crap and did nothing to solve issues or fix stuff and that was one thing skaff was good at in moorhead. if we had a problem they fixed it as soon as possible. Our fridge went out and they tried a thing that was supposed to fix it but it didn't so they replaced the fridge the same day they tried to fix it maybe 3 hours later.
ammentities and garage all depend on the price and deal of the place. I will probably end up getting dish or something because $50 for cable is a bit more than i want to pay for 60 channels. Laundry doesn't matter too much since we drive back home atleast every other week if not every week since its only about 6 gallons of fuel round trip and i save enough money in food/laundry that its cheaper to do that.
