        To be honest i didn't think a burger fries and a drink for under $10 was bad at all. I enjoyed both 5 guys and smash burger. I personally liek 5 guys' fries better but all around there both good.

          it would be better to compare HI-HO to 5 guys ....hi-ho is good but i'd prefer 5 guys out of almost everyplace in town. burgertime is probably my second favorite. I'll have to try smashburger soon though.

                  JL beers rocks if you want to eat a 'meh' burger with seven people hovering around you waiting for you to finish and if you love 7 dollar bottles of beer...

                    I dig JL's 1st ave burger and have heard great things about the one with egg on it.
                    But yeah, place seats 26 and is usually packed for at least a couple hours over lunch.
                    Get there around 11:15 or closer to 2 and its not bad.
                    Fortunately it's a half block from work and they do to-go.

                      Iv had smashburger before and it was alright, nothing I would write home about though. I'm more of a fan of fat burger.

                        and for some reason they're new location in west fargo is tiny too.....you'd think if your going to build a bar you'd build it to fit atleast 100 people.

                        The owners must be retarded.

                            New place has seating for something like 46 vs the 26 downtown.

                                  That's the special ingredient that makes the burgers taste so good.

                                  Soylent Green anyone? :icon_puke_r::)

                                    it's the reason the meat is so juicy.
