console vs pc content

I'm in the middle of a debate with my lady-friend about whether the content of console games is different from PC games. Can anyone who has played both versions significantly offer input? Right now, the points of contention are Bioshock, Fallout 3, and Half-life 2. Since I got tired of Bioshock, haven't played most of the main story for Fallout, and have never played Half-life, I'm in no position to argue that the PC content is identical to Xbox.

What can you guys offer?

95% of the time they are identical save for certain changes they must make to accommodate the control schemes, some features may be lost in the console version because there just isn't enough buttons, like the lean around corners buttons. There is however some developers who have started making certain exclusive content for the different platforms, this is usually between xBox and PS3 but I would imagine there is some carryover to PC ports as well. For the most part tho... no they are nearly identical.

Any game worth playing is PC only and has never been ported to a console
