Not trying to thread jack but what does licensing entail? It could all be done in one day?

Go here: http://nhra.com/competition/forms.aspx and print off the physical and licensing forms.

Go get a physical and get the form filled out.

Bring all the forms to the track, make your 3 moderate runs, and your 3 9.XX runs.

Fill out the run forms, send them to NHRA along with your money and you're licensed.

Yes, easily done in one day.

Also to legally run you need a sportsman tag for the cage/chassis.

Plus you need three licensed drivers to watch and sign off on the nhra forms.

How about a I just sign a consent form for my death and pay everyone off who I need to, 🙂

Really though so as long as three licensed guys are there and will sign I could make the licensing passes? Like at a street legal too?

Sorry for being a huge newb

You only need two licensed drivers.

Yes, what you do is - blind force test to show you kmmx were the kill etc is in the car, get physical (done before hand), make a 60ft pass, them two moderate, then three passes with a min et of 9.99. Two drives watch all this, sign in spots, then I sign off on them, mail or fax in, your licensed.

Yep. Launched it pretty high, would like to see the clip.
Small dent in roof and broken windshield. Hood is in amazingly good condition.
I should be up and running again by tonight.

It was a fun day at the track anyway....
Thanks for setting it all up Bill and Charlie.
