Quick view of some door pods we built for a b2200 this past weekend. I assume everyone knows how to angle speaker rings by now, so I didn't bother showing just skeleton shots of it before we wrapped it in fleece...

First layer of resin on over the fleece (we strengthened the panels on the inside with layers of fiberglass matting but I failed to take pics of that stage of the install)

Here we have a couple shots of it after getting milk shaked.

No sanded shots (my bad) but here we have a few pics with the panels covered in grey felt material:

Couple shots of the owner of the truck attaching the doors to the truck:

And now our semi-finished product (less the speakers)

Here is our felt covered factory door pull handle. The vinyl on the stock handle didn't look right so we pulled some felt over it and held it in place with contact cement, CA glue and a couple strategically placed staples on the back side. It is seamed on the back side of the handle to give it a nice clean look. A soldering gun was used to melt the felt out of the way for the factory screw hold on the bottom. This was used for two reasons: 1. it was quick and easy to make a round hole that way and 2. the melted edges will prevent fraying and lifting in those areas.
