Fuel Prices

We had an expert on the show today that said we can expect prices to keep rising for at least a couple months. Get used to it guys. Also, I was reading a chart that said gas is cheaper now than it was in 1981 (when adjusted for inflation). But that bothers me. Isn't that when we had that terrible gas shortage? It damn well better be cheaper now...

i'm curious to see how much more pizza hut is going to give us drivers per delivery; i mean... we already get the shaft at $.75, when papa-john's gives $1-1.5 and chinese gives $1-3.
i guess that just means i'll definitely have to stop driving next semester and use the free bus all the time (being a student has it's perks) -

use the cash you get from the truck to fill the srt's tank 5 times...at the rate prices are going up its not even a joke. -

Gas Stop on main should be the busiest gas station, yet it never seems like it is. They always are around 3 cents lower than the closest competition. 2.09 at most places, 2.05 at gas stop (i believe).

FlyingJ is also usually cheaper than the others by 3 cents

up here in minot it's 2.17 for 87 and has been since this weekend.
would be almost worth picking up a CRX HF for the 45mpg in town

where exactly did you get gas thats almost 3 bucks a gallon .....i dont think prices are that high yet

they should pass an alternative fuel source legislation like they did in arizona. apparently if you bought a car with an optional propane tank on it, arizona would pay for 30 percent of the car and give you this huge tax right off. so what ended up being a minor 8 million dollar legislation, the government ended up paying over 800 million. well they should pass it any how cause who wouldnt want to buy a car for 70 percent of the cost and get all these tax right offs?
