DSM injectors for my d-series???

I have heard from a couple of random sources that injectors from a first gen DSM can be fabricated to fit into my civic? Its a 93 honda civic EX SOHC. Is this at all true or is this as bad of an idea as it sounds like it is? And if so does anyone know what kinda of fabs need to be done to make them fit?

Yeah they work just fine. Just need to wire in a resistor box to make them function properly. I run them in mine w/o any problems. Your going to need a AFC or some for of fuel managment to tune them out though.

it's not too hard to put them in there, you will need a honda resistor box though.
if you look on hondaswap.com there should be an article about it there.

unless your running some high #'s you won't have any use for them. also some kind of management is a must

im kinda having touble finding the resistor box where else can i get one and how do they cost usually?

Do you need injectors? I have some that you can have. Or anyone else for that matter.

YES! i really need injectors! i want to get all of this stuff before hand so i can just put it all on one week and not have my car out for to long. i dont want to mess with fuel managment afterward i want to deal with it as soon as possible. how much do u want?

Just get a resistor box out of a DSM.

you can also get the resistor box out of a honda.
just search for honda resistor box or dsm resistor box

im trying to get some of these injectors lines up and i found a resistor box , now does anyone know where i can find a used AFC?

Nope, doesn't happen. Buy it brand new. Or talk to dustin mosses he has like 8 or 9...lol

I've got both 390cc and 450cc injectors if you still need some.

$75 for each set for my injectors. 390cc have 120k on them and worked great when I upgraded. 450cc had 90k miles and he upgraded too. All the tips are intact and not cracked.

just type dsm resistor box in on ebay and you should have about 100 items pop up. but if your going with used blue tops i would suggest getting them tested befor putting them in. one of my buddies bought a set and one of the injectors didnt work.
