well the onlly good town that we could terriorise would be west fargo or moorhead. but the cops in thoes town are the nicest ones.

there are 2 cops in moorhead that are assholes, but i think 1 is a bike cop(if they're out yet) and the other one usually has day shifts. Other than that they are nice. If you get pulled over by a bald guy or a guy in his 50's with a white moustache and hair, good luck.
