The 4th was way fun! Except for the bottle rocket that was shot at us, but besides that, we had a good time! Wish we could have stayed for the big party after the fireworks though, owell maybe next year!

SO let's get this straight rob, you hate scherling because he got you in trouble with the law for something YOU did. I see why you would be mad at ben, but seriously, ben and zach still hang out almost everyday! It's not zach's fault that you happened to get caught with your own shit. I don't know you, or have ever even talked to you in person. All I know is the way you act out on the cruises and the way you talk here on the boards. This paints a bad picture for the people who don't know you in person. You might be a really cool, hard working guy, but to me your are a stuck up kid who does drugs and thinks that his car is the shit.

5) Watching people get shocked by a stun gun for fun. :eek:
4) Laughing at rice. Seriously, that rice to nice ratio was like 100 to 1.
3) An un-named person on the ricer train passing people on the shoulder of US Highway 10

word, getting shocked by the tazer's sucked and the drive down there was fun:D and laughing at rice was alot of fun, i wish i would have hopped in the red stratus when i asked her if i would be a best offer for her car!!!

I didnt get caught with shit on me. The only reason I went to jail was because ben said it all belonged to me. Zach helped the cops catch ben and paul because they stole $1800 in change from his dad. I was caught up in the mess because I was giving ben and paul a ride to meet zach at scherling photography right when I got done with work, then I was taking off.
Ben and paul were the ones with little vials of coke on them, all the drugs money and gun in the bag, and the numerous peices on them. I went in to jail with my check stub... the money from the check... my wallet... keys and cell phone. I left with everything too when I got out unlike a couple of other people.
So if im so guilty then why wouldnt the cops seize my cell phone? Or take the money I had on me from my paycheck because it could have been "drug money"
Charges will be dropped soon according to the prosecutor, and I have pissed clean for 3 drug tests in the last couple months. One a week before this shit happend for work, one when I got out of jail right after being released, and another recently for work. No drugs... just lots of beers.
