i did have it regestered last yr and drove it to work and around town but this yr they needed me to take it to a tech exam and i didnt think it woulda passed to be streetable so i didnt botherit does have a brake light just not wired up aswell

ah. I bet it would have passed, my friend built a chopper in his garage and used an old harley motor and it passed tech. His didnt even have a tial/brake light, only a headlight.
