      Supposedly it was a high school kid that was reaching for their cell phone and went off a curve. Then jumped off a curb and a hill and went through the garage. That is why they landed on top of the Ferrari.

              Assuming he has basic liability insurance, yeah he will. If no insurance...well, that might be a problem

                  ferrari didn't need insurance for this incident, the other guy is clearly at fault.

                        They were saying that the liability will only cover like $60k or something for the car. So a $150k car minus $60k still equals out to a bunch of money.

                          well, i'm no expert on property insurance, but i would think that the home owner's insurance would cover the ferarri.

                          regardless, i would sue the parents for everything i can get my lawyer to wring out of them.
