good tattoo shops in town?

here is my opinion.....I have heard lots of people say dead rockstar fucks up even basic tats. A person I know got the tool eye on their neck (very bright colors) and only had to have very minor touch ups done when she got it at 46 & 2 tatoo. So, I would recommend Paul over at 46 & 2...its on University in a little strip like around 3rd or 4th ave north or so.

I've herd the only 2 good places to go is 46 and 2 tattoo and Addictions... I know addictions is good, I recommend that place the most

my previous tattoo had alot of shading in it and the dude in canada did an awesome job at it. my next 2, also have alot of shading in it, so i need someone thats not gonna fuck em up.

Everyone I know, Including Myself, have gotten their tattoos at Addictions in fargo. There sound like assholes until they find out your going to be giving them money. But other than that, they did an awesome job on mine and my friends tattoos

I would recomend paul at 46 and 2. he does great work! And hes very nice

As far as tattoo shops go I would only go to Addictions, Dead Rockstar, or 46and2tattoo.

Addictions can do good work and get pretty detailed, but like it was mentioned earlier the guys are assholes until you tell them you have money. I don't go there based on their attitued.

Dead Rockstar can do good tattoos as long as they aren't extremely detailed. For piercings, I wouldn't trust anyone else in town, but as far as tattoos go I'd only go there for a basic tattoo. I do have a tattoo from ellie that I don't have any problems with. I'm pretty sure that most, if not all, of Pin's (fargostreet member) tattoo work was done there.

46and2 tattoo is the absolute best tattoo shop in town for extremely detailed work. They do the best custom work, freehand, blackwork, and portrates. Paul right now is doing a full back piece on my girlfriend(here is a pic of it in his gallery) . That picture was taken after the first 3 hour session (tattoo took a total of 3 sessions and 7.5 hours), that half of her back is fully finished now (he just hasn't updated it yet). The design is fully custom, and it only took him about 15 minutes to draw it up exactly how Megan wanted it.The moth on the top of her back was done by ellie at dead rockstar (and it took her 7 hours in 2 sessions).

All of my tattoos have been done by Ellie at Dead Rockstar. I only have black tattoos, but I'm happy with them. Ellie has been willing to keep working on things until we're both satisfied, even if it means I've needed to go in for more than one touch-up session.

I'd recommend a black BIC round stic med/mov

Just touch it up youself every day or so. When you are sick of it wash it off and start over with something new.

Felt markers bleed too much on the skin. They suck even for mocking up a new bold design.

Can anybody give me simple going rates on tatoos, I know some places charge by the hour. And I know the old saying, " if you have to ask how much it is you can't afford it", I looking into getting my first tattoo and I'm kinda on a tight budget. Already have a couple designs picked out and I really like black designs with little or no color.

depends on size detail and artist.

With tattoos, the only way to know is to talk to artists. It's best if you can bring the design along to the shops.

that is a retarded ass quote! IMO. I dont think thats true at all, why wouldn't you want to know how much it is. I could see if you were Porche shopping, then obviously you are pretty well off and wouldn't need to know the price. but in general speaking.....NO. sorry, back to topic
