Silver, newer body (02,03,04 or something like that), looked like a GS, auto, canned, clear markers, appears that the driver likes to race on 13th a lot... license plate listed on thread title.

    who is this?

    2003 Honda VTX 1800 C

But then that encourages the local law enforcement to pull the rest of us over... they may think if they start getting allot of phones calls about this they are going to need to start cracking down on us "speed racers"

                      i hear you man.
then mayb someone needs to take the initiative and pull his ass over and give him a heart to heart.

somehow the scene and people will be held responsible...

i guess i dunno what else to offer.
for myself i prefer to let the car speak without being loud.
i prefer to keep race action at the track or at least in places where there is no worries about other cars or people getting hurt.

i have been there done that with loud car, fast car and loud music....
all it got me was many tickets and frowned at by the older folks...
my first car was a 73 Camaro with basically an open exhaust. it was glasspacks, but they had almost nothing in them. they exited under the front seats to the rear of the car.
then later i got into car audio. where i had tohave a system that could be heard blocks away.

it got me nowhere. except into trouble...

The guy works at Northern States Supply (on 12th and I-29, under the water tower). I was in there buying some bolts today, when I pulled up, I saw the car. When I walked in, I saw someone standing behind the counter and the first thing that came to mind was "#1 stunna." The guy helped me get my shit and seemed like an ok guy.

Hey everyone....Anonymously tell joel what you really think of him
