How to tell obd1 from obd2

Hey i was wondering how u tell the obd1 ecu from the obd2 ecu?? n e one know??

what year of car was it from? thats an easy way to tell

that, and compare the plugs to yours. they will be different. and an obd0 ecu has a view window with an LED in it to flash trouble codes, an obd1 doesnt.

and look where your dlc is, and how many pins it is,

i guess all i know is its a p 28 thats all i really know about it and i dont know the year i think its a 94

OBD1 its if a 94...i believe p28 is 92-95 right? 96+ is OBD2

my 94 ex was kinda cross between OBD1 and OBD0.....do some research on the p28, youll find something.
