65 is for the most part the best temp to race in. so mid to hi 50's is still ideal. if u are lookin for best times this sat is the day to do it. street tires wont be smart though as they are gonna seriously spin bad

at the idragway forum there is a thread showing concern about track temp and is there a temp to low to race at.
that is why i said what i said above.

I'm there as long as nothing breaks before that, just like usual. 10s or bust, that's the motto for this weekend.

And about that track low temp thingy, I heard one time out there at Idrags, the announcer was bragging about how they raced when it was super cold once, like in the 30s IIRC, and the track was still hooking up good, and making people run faster than they ever had before out there. So this better still be a go.

It'll get cancelled like it did last year... im really suprised they haven't cancelled it yet cause of today's and yesterday's weather... I remember that's what they did last year and it ended up being a perfect day for racing...
