    well mine runs and drives 🙂 what happened now?

    At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!

      you get it running good? was just driving nice and i knew the motor had problems a.k.a. a lower end knock but it wasn't that bad, thats how i got the car for $400, and boom there goes the motor now i get to pull it out and see what was wrong with it and then sell it. just need next motor ka24de.

          not 100% sure on next move as far at motor. i can get a complete ca18det swap minus an intercooler (but that not a problem) for $900. or im thinking of ka24det but just have to find a motor that the seller is not a idiot and knows how to ship. 240 parts in this area are just hard to find

            I'm telling you man, depening on how cheap tou wanna go..........i can get you 2 ka24e's, and you could build a good one...........or if you can find a buyer for the Blue Car, then i can sell you the motor out of the Black Car............

                i'll see about the blue car but id need a ka24e with it to rebuild go an idoit friend that think he can fix anything on cars and all he know about are ricer mods and oooooooo turbo. how bad are you E motors, hope there no as bad as mine but have't taken them apart

                  Im PRETTY sure that the CA18DET I mentioned is gone by now. It was in Phoenix. It wouldn't last long there. If I were you, I would ditch the SR, you could probably pawn it off on someone for $1500, even with all the problems. People go NUTS for SR's and its something Ill never understand.

                  Anyway, here comes the point..... Get yourself an RB20DET front clip. they can still be had for $1200 + shipping from VENUS-AUTO.com anyway, they are good motors and easy to install if you get the whole clip (I put one into an S13, not sure on S14 tho) . just something to consider.

                    just to finish this up...it runs...it actually feels pretty fast for a T25 at 7psi...new ECU(resoldered the resistor that was still there for a daughterboard) and wired in my knock sensor and bang it works good!! had a little trouble keeping it running right away but im sure those cylinders were just black as hell...thanks for the help guys...if anyone needs i have a CAS and a ECU for sale 🙂
