I guess it is going to be an entire new cast.... Once again.... tight cars.... horrible movie. I have to agree about the mustang though. Bad ass engine.... bad ass frame.... but why in the hell would you put them together.... the weight proportion must be so off in that car. Half of what made it a stable fun to drive car was the hunk of american iron sitting up front. Does anyone know what the weight difference is between the two engines out of curiosity

Looks like they f'd up a 350z i think it is?!?!? And I saw a skyline in one of those pics

Well, all I know is that after I saw the first fast and furious I wanted an import.
After the second fast and furious I backed my body kitted import up in to an SUV leaving the movie.
Who know what will happen with the third movie, but i'll be there the first day! lol... such a ricer.

why?I just don't see the reasoning behind it other than to say 'lolz, we swapped an RBr0x0r$ into a rustang, we are t3h w1nnAR!'
It's not like it's really going to be raced, or set records, it has the sole purpose of living it's poor life in this movie, only to be auctioned off afterwards like so many other cars from the other movies.
Hell, there was a black S15 Silvia in this movie that got auctioned off on Ebay. It was pure sex. Black with a low deck carbon spoiler, and white Volk TE37s. No graphics, nothing that screamed 'look at me, I'm a dori dori star.' The Silvia is a common racer's car in Japan. Wouldn't one think THAT should be the lead car since more people could relate?
I dunno, I'm just a firm believer of the fact that Mustangs (especially late 60's/early 70's) are supposed to have a big ass V8 under the hood, and a set of 16" Torque Stars, not some 19" Japanese wheel. It just does not match the car. The last thing I expect to hear when seeing a Mustang is an inline 6. No matter how fast the car is, or how expensive the swap was, I am still not going to like it.
As far as opening night is concerned...
I think I'll be parked across the street from the movie theater with a for sale sign in the window of my 240...
"JDM Drift Machine - $15,000 obo"

I'll definetly see the movie, but I don't know if I'm gonna sleep on the sidewalk for tickets to see it opening night.
