Forced to sell off DSM project.

Okay, i got shafted this morning and need some cash fast so i can stay caught up on my truck payments while i search for another job. Sadly this is forcing me to swallow my pride and sell off my beloved DSM project. Most of you know I have wanted an awd dsm for years, to the point it kills me, and believe me i am heartbroken to have to do this.
Make offers on anything, i need to sell it fast.
2 1g awd shells, one stripped, one totalled and stripped.
6 bolt motor with 30k on a factory new mitsu block and crank, ARP head studs and mitsu 4 layer metal headgasket(has not been started since they were installed). Needs a timing belt.SOLD! 1G AWD 5-speed trans with transfer case. Shifts better than any dsm tranny i've ever personally driven.
4 bolt rear end with axles and cups.
3 bolt rear end with axles.
2G exhaust manifold.
14b with zero shaft play, needs an exhaust housing.
7cm TD05 exhaust housing, perfect condition, no cracks at all, flapper welded shut for an external gate.
Wheels from a 2GB GSX, 17" painted gunmetal, one of them is missing the center cap, i will also incluse 2 michelin pilot sport a/s 235/45/17's with decent tread on them.
Spearco FMIC core 28"x9"x3" has a few bent fins, but holds boost.
Make offers on ANYTHING, i also have parts that i forgot to list, if you need something for a 1g dsm, chances are i have it.

does a head come with the motor?

is the timing belt the only thing the motor is missing???

its a complete motor, everything from the oil pan to the valve cover, i'll include the manifolds, but it needs manifold gaskets and exhaust manifold studs...it does need a timing belt, and i would recommend a tensioner and pulley's...the motor ran when i pulled it out of the totalled parts car...i was replacing the timing belt to be safe, but im afraid losing my job kinda screwed me over....so yeah...
I should also mention the motor MAY be sold...i'll update as things unfold
