here is the biggest problem you are facing, that warranty is NOT an original OEM warranty (Hondas 3 yr 36K miles).....at that age and mileage, im sure it is just an aftermarket warranty that they managed to sell you when you bought the car. In that case, anything and everything goes. It is all written out on that contract and you signed it. If anything doesn't match up with what is written, they have all the right to void it.
I absolutely hate aftermarket extended warranties. They are junk and get out of every single repair possible. A lot of times they do not even cover leaks, bad seals, etc etc. Completely worthless and you made that salesmans day buying that.

Reminds me of the extended warranty Best Buy once tried to sell me for 15 bucks on a 19 dollar pair of speakers. Oh yeah your warranty is probably void anyway because on line 900 on page 3 it says you can't drive your car on a Tuesday.

ha i hate aftermarker warranties. huge waste of money. just void it with parts otherwise they will void it with loop holes.
