Why not in june? May is kinda a busy month with graduations and all.

Well we are not going to be able to satisfy everybody on which day it will be held. A big thing depends on when Jim can make it also.....we always can have more than one.

About a months notice would be great so that some of us can get the day off work.

You know what? We went through the Exact SAME SHIT in all the previous years. And guess what.... Not everyone was able to make it. If it goes into June, there will be even less people based on grauduations alone. So, a month is plenty of notice to prepare which may 12th is about that. You can't please everyone all the time and if we keep putting it back, then it will never happen. This is the very reason we thought about having more than one BBQ this year.

That is Memorial Day weekend guys. A lot of people travel that weekend.

Most people can't get work off unless they have a good amount time notice... so I'm goign to say 19th or the 26th are the two main contenders
