Fix holes in fiberglass?

I don't do fiberglassing but I need to get a few holes in the decklid of my fiero fixed. I don't wnt to fill them with bondo like most people, but want it done right so it will last after the car is painted.
Anyone on here do it or know someone good who can help.

There is also a product called fibertech. We use it all the time at work. It's a fiberglass reinforced filler that works great. Just make sure to grind a small area around the hole to help give the filler something to bite to.

how perfect do you need it to be? I've not done bodywork like this before, but I do have a lot of experience in fiberglass. I'm fairly confident I could do this and get it within 95% of stock looking (a bodyshop should be able to quickly finish anything that my untrained eye misses)
