Newest Ride: 2006 Kawsaki ZX10

Picked this guy up for a good deal, needs a lil paint work on the leftside fairing, but it only has 240 miles on the ODO. I think I prefer my GSXR over the 10 but once I get it fixed and insurance and remove the tirefoam I will take it out for a proper ride to see how I like it overall.

The SM is probably the most fun bike I've ever had. Fun in terms of Im not worried about crashing it, not worrying about the getting on the gas and sliding my rear out under hard acceleration, and being that its naked, no expensive plastic to replace if she does go down. Plus a few scraps are welcomed in the SM world.Its really fun to ride around town, its not fun on the highway. The riding position is really comfortable and the extra suspension travel makes it fun to ride without worrying about bumps and big dips in the road. If I didnt get the DRZ just a lil over cost I would have bought a bigger 510ish SM for more power. The DRZ is detuned for reliability, which makes it a really good commuter/starter SM. I'll probably keep it and use it for stunts or commuting, but I've already started looking for another SM.
