Anybody else get stuck in the I94 traffic jam?

I was at my dads shop in Moorhead around 4 and noticed there was a tiny traffic jam under the 20th st. bridge and thought nothing of it, went to go take my mom to the airport and back on 94 boom, right before 25th st. heading west theres the same damn traffic back up I saw just an hour ago.
Jesus it was bumper to bumper for 4-5 miles atleast and at the worst time to(5). Fargos rush hour isn't even that bad but today was just brutal.
Took me a good 20-25 minutes of clutching to go 3 miles. Sometimes I thank god I dont live in Minneapolis where I would probably have to deal with this on a daily basis.
