just curious i haeard your story many times did you ever try and charge those officers with anything or did anything come of that?I got my wallet back, and I filed a report at the police station and a few other steps but basically they told me it wasn't worth thier time investigating.

Yeah the state patrol crack down on no plate and tint. i have 4 tint tickets and 3 plate tickets over the last 6 months. but obvisouly i dont care and i am not going to change it. so i guess if i get more tickets i just pay the bill. o and by the way seatbelt tickets in the city of fargo are now 60 bucks. FYI. I got one last month. He pulled me over for speeding. which i was but he didnt know it. i was only going 6 over. I know he never radar'd or laser'd me, and i have a passport escort so i know that the radar detector didnt mess up. he also didnt give me a ticket or a written warning for the speeding becuase he saw my radar detector and i told him that he was lying. so he gave me a seatbelt ticket. end rant/

BTW, Chuck...you've never been hasseled bc your balls are uber saggy
...and thats the truth. If I was 30+ driving my same car I'd be willing to bet I wouldn't be getting pulled over/followed as much as I am. -

I fucking hate the police. End of story. Thanks for stealing my cell phone. Thanks for accusing me of stealing my OWN car becuase you didn't believe it was mine (registered to parents, accused me of having a fake ID, and that James Ross was not my name). Thanks for pulling me out of my window and slamming my face on my trunk because I was looking for my insurance card, hand cuffs feel great. Thanks for taking EVERYTHING out of my car and putting it on the muddy ground.
The list goes on and on... when I get shit stolen out of my car, when I get shit vandalized, when people fuck with any of my shit they could give 2 shits less.
:icon_thumleft:
I dont know hopefully they save my life someday or some shit becuase I have nothing but hate for them at this point.
Why isn't the car under your name? My advice have everything in your name, I have never been cited in my entire life for anything whatsoever. Gotten pulled over, but I always act nice, polite, and well mannered, always been given a warning.
Also out of curiousity, that wouldn't be Amy Getz of the Fargo Police Department would it be? She seemed like a nice lady, she pulled me over for my first time in Fargo, I gave her my information and she made some small chat with me and sent me on my way home. She even gave me her little "Fargo Police Department Business Card" with her extension of 7396.
I also had the chance of meeting another Fargo Police Officer at Mr G's, I think his name was Grant something or another, bigger guy, really nice though. Anyways I just don't see how everyone is ranting so hard, because as some people from Minneapolis will tell you, Minneapolis Police officers ARE THE worse power tripping people you will ever meet. Guilty before proven innocent is the rule of thumb there.

Up here the police swarm to the interstate during rush hour traffic just because they know people will be going faster than the limit.

Yes, the accompanying officer was Getz, but she was just there, she didnt say or do anything at all. All of my dealings were with this officer 313.

I got pulled over in west fargo for a care required, also known as a we can't write you for anything legit so we'll give you a ticket for this, because my car fit a description of a car that somebody called in and because of who the person was they had to pull me over. I pulled into stop n go because I had to piss and they followed in right behind me and did there whole shpeel, all the while I had to piss really really badly, gave me the ticket and went back to there car. So finally, I go inside, take a piss, get a pop and come back out and there still freaking there. All I can think is WTF, what am I gonna rob the place or something, it was just re-goddamn-diculis.
Also, Me and some friends where down by broadway in the parking garage by PPTV, while we where leaving I broke a CV shaft, one of those freak things, so we pushed the car accross the street in front of the bank, one of my friends saw a sign so he went to see what it said, we wanted to make sure it was OK to park there overnight, and just as he was reading the the sign a cop pulled up and in a very stern voice asked what we where doing, basically accusing us before knowing what actually happened, so we explained every in very clear detail and he still a dick, the whole time he was a dick, he wasn't sympathetic to what happened at all, He said "Looks like your gonna have to call a cab" being very arrogant and sarcastic, basically being no help at all and then went about his business whatever that was. In the long run we had to call somebody one of my friends knew to give us a ride while my car sat there overnight while it just so happened to piss rain that night, enough for the streets to flood, and I got water in my car, just the floor boards got wet thank god, so a wet/dry vac and couple of days sitting in the sun and it was fine. The CV shaft was under warranty still and tow from down there to the shop on 13th was a lot cheaper than expected. So the only really bad part was the cop being a bitch about everything.
