Are you fucking kidding Joel? Someone died here! Let's say your little brother chased a ball into the street in front of your house and gets hit by a car. You call dispatch as your little brother obviously needs help and the dispatcher responds to your request to get help for your dying brother with "Too bad." Your brother dies. What would you want to happen to the dispatcher? I'm guessing that you'd want him fired. If it was my son that I was riding with and some mother fucker responded like that to my request to get help for my dying son, I'd want to kill the fucker with my bare hands! That guy is a worthless peice of shit regardless of if he send the ambulance or not.

Whats the difference between driving sober, stunting and then dying

and driving drunk and dying? would you guys say that the drunk driver deserves medical attention if he crashed into a tree and his car was in flames?

From an Police Officer/EMT's standpoint yes...it doesn't matter what happened to caused his accident, it is still their job to provide him with as much life support and help as possible. Then once he is sober and fit to stand trial they press the necessary charges on him.

i dont wanna sound like "that guy" in all of this, but stunting is stupid, dangerous, life threatning, and if done on public roads(which is true), its nothing to far off of drunk driving.

one less idiot on the roads though. maybe it's a good thing to point something like this out.

I'll agree that some people deserve what they get and if this guy was stunting I guess it's his own damn fault, true.

Like you said you understand though, the cops an asshole for his stance on the whole subject. To be someone in that line of duty you have to overcome your thoughts of "they deserved it" and do what your job and training demand of you. That is why I couldn't be one, because I wouldn't give a shit about helping people when they pull some sort of Darwin stunt. Obviously this guy shouldn't be a cop either since he can't seem to control himself.
