update on F-M Toy Run 2007

Alright guys, I have been working hard this afternoon to get the this thing on track. NDSU has agreed to let us use the T Lot and barricade a spot for us.
We have also got support for tintmasters, and RidinRails will be donating an autostart and install!
Were putting the official date as November 24th (saturday) from 12pm-5pm. We need someone to donate some hot chocolate and cider, and maybe some snacks... and I still need to get our posters printed somewhere decently priced. If anyone has some ideas, that would be awesome. -
Use the media to get the word out...send some press releases to the forum and news stations and they generally will get the word out. I hope this project is a success Joel, I will be in Pracs more than likely that weekend unless I get alternated the from the weekend before. If you raise $2000 worth of toys you can have MisterCmk's moderator position....

well since its a toy theme i used some toy cars i had laying around, i thought it was a decent idea.... i was gunna use the lotus and something else.. but i didnt want shane to have to drag it outa storage

well I am meeting with Sandy Hansen tonight. She is the local T4T organizer. she is very happy about this and will be attending with all the official banners/posters/memorablia to make it a legit T4T sponsored event.
The contributors list thing was a flop, we decided to put the SLD and TM logo on it and call it a day.
I will be having them printed tomorrow sometime and will need some people to help hand them out on throughout this week and weekend. If you are interested let me know.

Hey Joel, I will be more than happy to hand some out. I drive around fargo all day long for Pepsi and go into grocery stores so when ever someone comes by, I will go ahead and get them out. That will be a huge help I think because I go to places like FGO Wal-mart and Sunmarts and hornbachers all over the place. When are the fliers getting printed and when are they going to be ready to hand out?
