    I should have a significant amount this summer (this problem came to my attention this afternoon as I watched exhaust billow out from under my car) I was thinking 2.5in piping and a 3in tip perhaps?.....or I could go dual outlets...idk, then I would have to have another exhaust head and all made and that would be expensive.....

        Just go ahead and make the exhaust 4 inch. Your going to need it with 180 Crank Horse Power. :3gears:

                    when my Z comes in i want to pick up a good quality brand of exhaust, the one brand that interests me the most is the HKS Hi-Power exhaust but i wish it was a little more affordable. Any suggestions?

                        That is the same as 3 inch, it can only flow as much as the smallest part allows, you could have a 40" tip and still flow like your 3 inch piping.

                              yeah, forgot about that. I think it will fit with just a cut and shorten, easier than making the whole thing.
