yep, as i lay dyingI've seen them once, it was worth the $30 and I will see them again if they are coming to Fargo even though I go to the cities to see most of my concerts. By the way Megadeath, Children of Bodom and In Flames will be in the cities on May 9 which will be a great concert.

So many people let the radio tell them what they like but I guess you got to do what you got to do

So many people let the radio tell them what they like but I guess you got to do what you got to doI don't like what is played on the radio 99% of the time, however I do know what I like. Sometimes I want to listen to Kanye West, sometimes I want to listen to Garth Brooks, other times I want to listen to Metallica.
They all have "catchy" songs that I find myself singing along to. Is that bad? I never knew that liking a popular song was such a bad thing. Watching the undergound music scene (to me) is like watching minor league baseball...sure it is fun to watch, and some have real talent, but most don't cut it playing in the big leagues. The same goes for music. For those that are content (happy/elated/whatever) to be playing smaller venues and making less money making the music that THEY want...more power to them. However, I am willing to bet if Columbia records came to them and said "Let's record your opening set on a disc and release it to the masses and we'll put you on tour and guarantee you "x" amount of money per year for making the music you want to make the way you want to make it" most would jump at the offer and sign the contract.
Tell me again how it is bad to like the music of an artist who has "made it"

I'm in. Anyone else actually in? Or is everyone going to continue to cry about it?I'm in Troy...I think I'll be going by myself (wife hates hip-hop/rap) so hit me up if you want someone to tag along and be all old and shit next to you.
