I found out he had a loan on it THE DAY that him and I went to put the title in my name and get it registered. RIGHT WHEN we're getting i t registered, he said that he has a loan on it and hasn't made payments on it. So we agreed that the money I give him every month for the car, would go to paying off his loan. I MADE my payments on time, he used MY MONEY to buy stuff for his accord, when he was supposed to use the money I give him to make payments on his loan for the 300zx. So long story short, the bank took it, and somehow he got the car back on the lot and is selling for $3990. The car isn't worth that much, The clutch was going out when I bought it, and I bought a ACT HD Stage 1 clutch off the net for it. Just couldn't find someone to put it in. Cuz Nissan/Toyota would rip me off hardcore. I fixed it up a lil bit but not enough to make it look good. Got a driverside front fender for it, matching color with the stripin. Larry wants that but I won't give it to him. I'll send it back and get my $$$ back.

when you found out he had a loan on it, why wouldnt you just go to the bank that he has the loan through and pay them directly for it? that way you wouldnt have gotten fucked!

I talked to his personal banker the other day and they wouldn't mind trying to work a deal with putting the loan on the car in my name so it'd be my responsibility....But I like seeing this guy go farther in debt, it's his problem, not mine. I got out of the deal, I seen what was goin on. I am gonna save up for a z32. Not a bad investment.

So, you lost $800 AND the car which is now back on his lot because HE didn't make payments on it? Sorry, but that doesn't happen. When banks repo, they take the vehicle back from the guy not making the payments. So, if you were responsible for paying him and he was responsible for paying the bank, they would take the car back from you AND him and it certainly wouldn't be sitting back in his lot unless he made good on his end with the bank in which case you should have no problems going to the lot and getting the car back, especially if you have proof you made the payments.
My opinion, you didn't pay him, he turned around and repossessed the car and you are whining about it now. You got what you deserved for being as fucking stupid as you are.

I told him that my car wasn't on the lot for his driving pleasure, it was there to be sold. I was getting ready to move and if it didn't sell and he fucked it up i.e. wrapped it around a light pole or blew up the engine, then where the fuck would I be? Towing a busted ass FD down the road on the trailer! Not Cool! Of course he denied everything and tried to milk me for who "tattled" on him. Bottom line, I pulled the car off the lot and got it sold. I'm planning to call Mark and give him an earful about the whole fiasco but haven't had a chance to yet because of the move.
Eric I'm surprised you would defend the little rat bastard. Apparently you haven't heard about how he drove the shit out of your car while it was on the lot. Sure your car sold, but if it he had busted it before it had, you would have been tied up in court trying to squeeze blood out of a turnip.

I just like to inform you guys that me as a attorney i know that myself and other business owners have the right to sue people for false statements against a business that hurts that businesses reputation and income/profit. Therefore Mark who owns Marks Auto Sales would be able to sue you for you false statements as well as the salesmen that sold u the car sue to it hurting his income.So any of u individuals that continue this may be guilty of slander. I just thought you might want to be aware of this.
