Bike Accident on 25th

For the sake of argument.... Who let's a 22 year old drive a high performance motorcycle? That's insane! That much power could get himself killed! We need to raise the legal age to drive motorcycle so we don't see guys w/ too much testosterone trying to impress everybody as they ride a wheelie during rush hour! Maybe we should give them all estrogen pills to keep that in check.
See, it sounds dumb the other way too....

FWIW, I do feel for this guys family as well as the driver of the SUV and her family. It is terrible that it happened, even more unfortunate that he could have likely avoided it.
