It will sink in when I see the facts from the INVESTIGATION proving that something happened. IDC if someone from a news station (KFGO) saw something or anyone else for that matter. Yes, they saw it and chances are it happened, but until the FACTS come out from the INVESTIGATION, i'm not going to believe anything.

and cmon now... the girl is 15 YEARS OLD driving mommy and daddy's escalade. we all know she has a cell phone and all know she was probably doing something that was distracting her while driving.

    Lets do some math here..

15 yr old girl + mommy and daddy's escalade + rich and spoiled (legit guess here..) + cell phone + friend in car

    EQUALS

    massacre.

call me a moron, call me a power ranger, idc. lets get rid of this tunnel vision and look at BOTH sides of the situation?

k now everyone is saying to stop stereotyping people and right there you did it yourself saying just cause it was a 15 year old girl, in an escalade automatically means spoiled and rich and she must have a cell phone in her hand just ause of the other 2 factors...

I agree, I can't really see this being completely 100% the driver of the motorcycle's fault. Even if the 15 yr old girl was driving legally, an experienced driver would of maybe had more caution.
My quesiton is though, if she had a cell phone, why would she of ran home? And the other question is, if the guy was still 1/2 alive, would she of still ran home? Not a real good play on her part, since if she had ran home, and the guy was 1/2 alive, and this was like a late night evening incident, those few moments of not getting medical attention could of meant life or death for the guy.

she's 15. she 'ran home to daddy' because she didnt know what to do.

maybe she didnt have a cell phone... who knows. i'm just putting it out there for the hatters who are assuming the biker did some other shit. so lets assume the girl did something while we are at it.

You think by instict, you would first check to see if the guy was alright, and if he was non-responsive, you'd call 911... That is what you would think anyways...

I KNOW the motorcyclist was riding a wheelie. You are assuming she had a cell phone...so I am going to assume that he dad asked her to fill his escalade w/ gas @ Holiday before he would un-ground her and give her her cell phone back.

Panic has a weird affect on people...as does the site of blood/brains. She saw it and freaked. She shouldn't have ran (if that is true, I didn't see that part) and at worst should be charged with fleeing.

I might be wrong...might have only been 70 mph....my radar-vision isn't what it once was...I need to be recalibrated.

I'm not saying it was a bad thing, because honestly, i'd probably do the same thing. I'm just throwing out other sides of the story that no one else is.

I know my first instinct wouldn't be to call 911, but I know I would at least go & check on the motorcycle driver. Seeing all the blood and guts and stuff would probably make me panic.. But in most cases of any accident, it's always proper procedure to call 911, for at least a statement of the accident even if both parties are uninjured.

I learned from the past, when I thought it was my fault, to realizing it wasn't my fault, to going to a wash, where we both broke even. Luckily I had less damage, so I know whether the accident small or large, always call 911 for a statement.

i believe that in the book your supposed to read before taking your permit test, it tells you to contact the proper authorities in the event of an accident. she must not have read that part.

Isn't fleeing an accident like that an act of a felony?
If so, I'm sure she wouldn't be charged with a felony, and it woudl be reduced, but I know what she did there, couldn't of been legal if she had ran like it was stated.
